Alisa Coleman,Alisa Coleman, MHA, ACHE Chief Executive OfficerOriginally from Beaver Dam, KY, Alisa Coleman began her tenure as Ferrell Hospital CEO in June 2015. Prior to joining Ferrell, she spent 10 years as chief executive officer for Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz, KY. Alisa's healthcare management career began at Ohio County Hospital in Hartford, KY where she served as assistant administrator and held other leadership roles. Throughout her career, Alisa has shown dedication to her hospital and community by staying involved in civic and healthcare endeavors.

Chief Nursing OfficerRachael joined Ferrell Hospital in 2015 as the Quality Risk Manager and was soon promoted to Chief Nursing Officer. She brings 11 years of nursing leadership experience and healthcare knowledge to her position. Prior to joining Ferrell, Rachael worked at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion, IL as the director of a 66- bed medical/surgical unit where she was responsible for improving quality and patient satisfaction scores, implementing best practices to provide quality of care and opening an orthopedic unit. Joe Hohenberger
Chief Financial Officer
 
Joe HohenbergerJoe's healthcare career spans 45 years and started in the store room of Defiance Hospital in OH. Before coming to Ferrell Hospital in late 2014, Joe spent 31 years as the chief financial officer for hospitals in Ohio, Michigan, Iowa and Texas. During his time in Iowa, Joe played a key role in obtaining critical access hospital designation for Mahaska Health Partnership.
 



Caleigh Bruce, MBA
Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Human Resources
 
Caleigh Bruce, MBAA native of Eldorado, IL, Caleigh Bruce became part of the Ferrell family in 2012 when she was named Director of Human Resources. In 2014, she assumed greater responsibility in the organization by accepting the additional role of chief compliance officer. Caleigh's career in human resources began in 2009 when she worked as a human resources assistant at Southern Illinois Healthcare.
