What to Expect
After you call for an appointment, or your referral is made by your doctor, your insurance will be called for precertification. NOTE: This process could take a couple of days.

You will receive a call from our office with your appointment time and date. Your initial appointment will consist of filling out necessary paperwork,
as well as completing a one-on-one assesment with our counselor.
